Mrs. O’Bryan began her career as a classroom teacher and has served in many capacities during her career including gifted teacher, student behavior support, curriculum writer, model classroom, individualized educational plan (IEP) support, teacher coach, Tennessee evaluation trainer, and manager of teacher coaches. Since July 2014, Mrs. O’Bryan has served as the Professional Learning and Evaluation Supervisor at Bartlett City Schools’ Central Office where she plans educator learning, support, and evaluations. Mrs. O’Bryan is excited to start her 20th year in education at Altruria Elementary School. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from Ms. Johnson and all the teachers who make Altruria Elementary feel like home.
Mrs. O’Bryan is dedicated to making Bartlett City Schools the best place possible for all students. She is deeply invested, not only working for Bartlett City Schools, but by living in Bartlett and her children attending Bartlett schools. Her oldest daughter is a Bartlett High School alum, and this year, her two middle children will be together on the Bartlett High School main campus. Mrs. O’Bryan’s youngest is an Altruria Tiger and is thrilled to let her mom ride with her to school every morning!
