Bartlett City Schools would like to congratulate Mrs. Zoe Bozeman for being named the 2021-2022 West TN Grand Division Supervisor of the Year.
Mrs. Bozeman holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida. She served as a school counselor in Florida for five years before coming to Shelby County Schools in 2002. Mrs. Bozeman joined the District staff at Bartlett City Schools in September of 2014.
With over twenty-three years of experience in the field of counselor education, Mrs. Bozeman has acquired extensive knowledge and skills serving students in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Mrs. Bozeman is an advocate for students, staff, and caregivers, serving these stakeholders through intervention, education, and professional development. In her current position, she supervises the District’s school counselors and high school social worker, Bartlett Bridges Alternative School, and the Bartlett Bridges Advisory Board.
Additionally, she provides District leadership for Section 504, Response to Intervention-Behavior, Restorative Practices, and Insights to Behavior teams. One of her professional highlights includes Bartlett Bridges Alternative School being honored in 2019 by the Tennessee Department of Education as obtaining Exemplary Status in their Exemplary Practices in Alternative Education Recognition Program.
“Mrs. Bozeman always goes above and beyond anything asked of her” said Chief Student Services Officer Dr. Korrie White. “She keeps students first in all that she does. We are fortunate to have her as our district lead counselor.”
