We are pleased to announce that Dr. Christopher Maley has been selected as the Principal at Bartlett High School for the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic school year.
Dr. Maley earned his Doctorate’s degree in Educational Leadership from Union University and has served as the Vice-Principal of Bartlett High School for the past three years. Prior to his current role, Dr. Maley served as the Assessment & Accountability Supervisor for Bartlett City Schools. His educational experience spans over a decade and includes serving as a high school math teacher, assessment coach, and Lead Instructional Coach for Bartlett City Schools.
Dr. David Stephens, Superintendent of Bartlett City Schools, stated, “I am excited to announce Chris as the new principal of Bartlett High School. His various leadership roles throughout the district have prepared him to continue the success that Bartlett High has built over the last nine years. It has been a privilege to see Chris grow as a leader and I know our students and staff will benefit from his leadership.”
Chris is married to Jennifer and together they have two children who attend Bartlett City Schools. Dr. Maley is thrilled to lead the students of Bartlett High School as they continue their path to success and post-secondary opportunities. He believes that partnering with the families and community, along with the outstanding faculty, is the key to continuing the educational success the school has experienced over the past decade.
