The Department of Human Services (DHS) will issue its first batch of benefits to eligible students on Friday, June 14, 2024. Parents can expect to receive their S-EBT cards in the mail by early July if their children are automatically eligible. Should parents have any questions, please direct them to Tennessee's S-EBT website (www.tn.gov/summerebt) or the S-EBT Parent Help Desk at 1-833-772-8347.
Parents can still establish eligibility for students by submitting a S-EBT Application. The application will close on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. CT. Parents can access the portal by using this link: https://onedhs.tn.gov/parent and can create a ONE DHS account or reset their password by using this link: https://onedhs.tn.gov/csp. DHS will review applications within 15 business days. Parents will receive an email notification once DHS makes an eligibility decision.
