Restorative Practices in Bartlett City Schools is a framework for building community within schools by:

• Building healthy relationships between educators and student
• Preventing and reducing harmful behavior
• Repairing harm and restoring positive relationships
• Resolving conflict, holding individuals and groups accountable
• Addressing and discussing the needs of the school community

Bartlett City Schools is committed to promoting schools as communities and building relationships between students and educators. Restorative Practices are one way of achieving this goal by separating the deed from the doer. Every student is valued as a person!
